About Me
Therapy For Women & Moms
In-Person In Tigard & Virtually Across Oregon
MY STORY AS A THERAPIST
Therapist in Oregon and the founder of The Nurtured Theory.
Before becoming a mental health therapist, I spent over a decade working with children, families, and schools supporting kids through emotional regulation, parenting struggles, anxiety, and big transitions. Those years taught me how deeply women and moms carry the emotional tone of their homes and their relationships.
I also learned something else…
Most women aren’t struggling because something is “wrong” with them. They’re struggling because they’ve been carrying too much, for too long, without a place to land.
That’s why I built my practice around creating that landing place. A steady, reflective, grounding space where you get to come back to yourself.
Hi, I’m Kaitlyn.
You’re Not Looking for a Perfect Therapist You’re Looking for a Real One
You want someone who gets it the pressure, the expectations, the invisible emotional labor, the constant “I should be able to handle this” loop.
You want a therapist who feels human, steady, and grounded… not clinical or distant.
You’re in the right place.
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and reflective. I’m not here to judge or tell you how to live your life. I’m here to help you understand your story, your patterns, and your values so you can move forward feeling clearer, steadier, and more connected to yourself.
I guide you to create a steady anchor that you come back to when life feels busy and overwhelming. When you understand yourself in way you never have, you begin to exude confidence, clarity. Finally feeling like you're living your own life again.
This is therapy that gives you space to breathe, reflect, and begin making choices that feel aligned, not reactive.
