Hi, I’m Kaitlyn.

A former school counselor and current clinical therapist who has spent over a decade working with children and families in different capacities. Through that work, and through my own experience in motherhood, I’ve seen how many moms are overwhelmed because they’re carrying too much mental load and pressure to “do parenting right.”

Mother Within coaching grew out of that.

This work isn’t about giving you more parenting strategies. It’s about slowing down to understand what’s actually driving your reactions, and reconnect with the values and clarity you want guiding your motherhood.

While my background is in clinical therapy, this coaching experience is not therapy. It’s a forward focused goal oriented space designed to help thoughtful moms step back from the noise and move through motherhood with more steadiness and self-understanding.
